Shipping
Our aim is to always to get your order from our warehouse to your door in the quickest time possible.
However, if one or more of the products that you have ordered aren't in stock, this may delay the dispatch, if this is the case you will be notified accordingly either by phone or email.
UK Delivery Charges
The charge for delivery is calculated automatically upon reaching the TPX Workwear checkout.
Worldwide delivery
Worldwide deliveries are packed the same day and dispatched via Parcel Force and the charge may vary depending on destination. Delivery times may also vary due to location and carrier processing, but may also be delayed due to customs and excise checks in the UK or the country of delivery.

Returns
Returns for Damaged, Faulty or Incorrectly Sent Products
Returns for damaged, faulty or incorrectly sent products are accepted provided the original packaging remains intact and the return is arranged within 28 days from the date of which your recieved or collected your order. Returns for items no longer wanted
Returns for items no longer wanted can be returned for a refund unless:
- The item(s) have been customized.
- The item(s) have been damaged by you and are no longer fit for sale.
- More than 30 days has passed since your original purchase date.
Nothing herein affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Returns Process
- Contact our customer support team at info@tpxworkwear.co.uk to initiate a return request.
- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless stated otherwise, and return shipping fees may apply.
